Law Abiding Citizen

Law Abiding citizen is an action packed thriller that surprisingly, has a very good story line. Gerard Butler plays Clyde Shelton, a frustrated man who goes on basically a killing rampage after his family is killed. The trailor is very good showing the plot of the movie, not just the good or funny parts. The trailor is also very catchy because it shows every main character's thoughts and views on the whole plot. Overall, very interesting movie and worth while to see.

300 2006

In March of 2007, Director Zach Snyder released his film 300 to the public. According to imdb.com the movie 300 recieved a 7.6 out of 10 rating and 27 nominations with nine wins. Advertisement after advertisement came out for almost two years before the release about what was suppose to be the best movie of the year and i cant say i disagree.

The movie 300 tells a true story of an army of 300 spartans lead by King Leonidus, to a war against Xerces and the great force of the Persians. Xerces is taking over the contenent with his bribes and conniving ways and thinks Sparta will be know harder than the rest of the land but Leonidus doesn't see of it that way. The "gods" the Spartans are suppose to go to for they're decisions on war say absolutely not to the King but that does not stop him.

In my opinion, 300 was one of the best movies of 2007 and maybe even the decade. From the previews i thought it was going to have a little too much animation but the movie was put together great. I think because it was a true story it brought a lot of people to see the film who would not have seen it if it werent and from the ratings most if not all enjoyed the movie.
